A Clear, Ongoing Financial Planning Process for Capital Preservation & Continued Growth.
Your financial plan should change as your life changes. We organize the planning process, revisit the assumptions, and update the plan as your goals, circumstances, markets, and legislation evolve.
What You Can Expect
A thoughtful financial planning process should help you understand where you are, what needs attention, and what comes next. We use a consistent sequence of conversations, analysis, recommendations, implementation support, and ongoing reviews so decisions stay connected to the full financial picture.
The process is collaborative. We explain the tradeoffs, identify the information needed, and revisit the plan as life changes. No step guarantees an outcome, and recommendations remain subject to the facts and assumptions available at the time.

Working with Ibello Wealth Management
The Process

OUR FIRST PHONE CALL
Start With a 20-Minute Introductory Call
A brief conversation to ask questions and decide whether there may be a mutual fit.
Tell us what’s on your mind, ask questions, and learn how Ibello Wealth Management works. This call is not a planning meeting and does not include individualized recommendations. If it appears we may be able to help, and mutually chemistry and synergy is felt, we would then schedule a longer first meeting.

OUR FIRST MEETING
Explore Your Situation and the Working Relationship
A one-hour virtual or in-person meeting to discuss your priorities and learn what working together would involve.
We discuss where you are now, the planning and investment work already in place, the areas that may need attention, our planning process and investment philosophy, and the applicable fee. By the end of the meeting, both sides should have the information needed to decide whether to continue.
If we mutually decide to work together, what comes next?

THE DISCOVERY MEETING
Discovery: Confirm Goals, Priorities, and Planning Assumptions
A discovery meeting focused on the information the plan will use.
We learn what matters to you, the goals you want the plan to address, the tradeoffs that need to be weighed, and the assumptions that should be tested. We also identify the financial documents needed for review and provide a secure way to share them. The purpose is to create a complete working picture of your financial resources, goals, and concerns before recommendations are developed.

PLAN PRESENTATION & PROPOSALS
Review the Plan and Discuss Recommendations
A 2-hour plan-review meeting to examine the analysis, assumptions, and proposed next steps.
After the agreed information is received, we prepare the plan using the goals and assumptions confirmed during discovery. Timing may vary with the complexity and completeness of the information provided.
During the meeting, we review the plan, discuss the reasoning and tradeoffs behind the recommendations, answer questions, and identify any changes that may be needed before implementation.
We then help you implement. We consolidate and manage your investments, we keep track of tax complexities, compliance details, legislative changes, and changes in the market—allowing you to focus on what you love and not worry about all the intricacies of your financial planning.
YOUR PLAN IS IN PLACE. WHAT COMES NEXT?

ONGOING WORK
Review and Update the Plan Over Time
Formal review meetings are generally held every six months, with additional communication as needed.
Reviews may include investment allocation and performance, liquidity and cash flow, retirement income, Social Security and Medicare considerations, retirement modeling, and any and all changes that happen in your life or the world that may affect tax or estate-planning coordination. The topics and timing depend on your circumstances and the scope of the engagement.
Between formal reviews, you may contact us with questions or material changes that could affect the plan. We use the same planning framework while updating the inputs and recommendations as circumstances change.
Final Note
Financial planning can be a truly exciting and revealing process. It’s about realizing the connection between tangible things like the money we make and the intangible things like how great it feels to be there when your daughter scores her first goal or you take your first trip to the beach with your grandson.
It’s about being really honest about where you want to go, getting really clear about where you are now, and then making your best guesses about how to narrow the gap between the two.
"Nick is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable as you would expect, but it’s his enthusiasm, energy, and love of what he does that makes all the difference. His positivity and excitement are contagious, and I know he truly cares about all the people he works with. We love working with Nick and are so happy we found him. He comes with our highest recommendation."
